How much is shipping?

Heaters ship FREE to the 48 contiguous United States.

For Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and other international orders, we will bill you the amount for shipping at the time it ships, via a PayPal invoice emailed to you.

Feel free to contact us for a freight quote prior to ordering. For most locations in Canada or in Alaska, the shipping cost is $50-150 USD, depending on your exact location. You’ll also be responsible for paying any duties after it arrives, the cost of which vary by locale.

When will my order ship?

Tankless water heaters typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the manufacturer’s production schedule. During busier seasons, like spring, it may be closer to 7-10 days. Feel free to email us in advance if you’d like to know an approximate arrival time.

From the time of shipment, it should arrive in 3-7 days via FedEx Ground, in North America. For orders outside North America, the shipping company and amount of time will vary based on location and customs.

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order has been placed, then another when your order has shipped. It will include tracking information.

What is your return policy?

You must contact us first to receive authorization and instructions for any returns. Please do not send your product back to the return address without first contacting us. We must first check with the product manufacturer regarding your return’s eligibility, and obtain a return authorization code.

Please take all precautions to make sure this heater will fit in your application before buying. Feel free to contact us, or the manufacturer, PrecisionTemp, if you have any specific questions regarding installation.

The manufacturer will only refund or exchange an order once the unit has been received and inspected. We cannot waive their 10% restocking fee, which includes thorough re-inspection before it can be resold, even if it was unused. This is mandatory for gas combustion appliances.

The water heater should be returned in the original shipping carton to further ensure damage does not occur in shipping. Purchasing insurance is recommended for returns – we’re not liable for damage or loss by the freight company in transit.

The buyer will be responsible for the cost of freight and insurance back to the manufacturer’s warehouse in Cincinnati, if the heater is being returned for any reason other than being damaged in initial shipping, or a manufacturer’s defect that can’t be fixed with replacement parts.

If no damage is found and there are no missing items, a credit will be issued to the original payment method used by the buyer, minus the restocking fee from the manufacturer. In the case of an exchange, we will send you an invoice for the restocking fee and shipping costs of the new heater to you.
